It's named Weathershield because no other fabric has ever shielded your car from the elements like this one! Using the Nextec® encapsulation technology, we have created the ultimate car cover - providing maximum protection without being bulky, hard to use or difficult to store.

If you need convincing, take a sample piece of Weathershield fabric and put it under the tap for a minute. The water looks like beads of mercury flowing off the fabric. Place the sample on a piece of kitchen towel. The towel remains perfectly dry.

The Weathershield technology:

EPIC by Nextec® fabrics are highly water resistant. This means they resist penetration by water under all but the most extreme conditions.

It's water resistant, windproof, dustproof, breathable and washable. The patented encapsulation process makes it possible. The protection is inside the fabric, encapsulating the actual fibre for weatherproof performance. No laminates. No coatings.

Step by step encapsulation:

Fabric is woven and dyed.
Pre-finishing chemistries are applied, prepping it for the encapsulation process.
A viscous mixture of silicone-based polymers is placed onto the fabric.
Energy is applied to the polymers, working them inside the fabric and wrapping the individual fibres. All but the smallest spaces, or 'micro holes' are filled.
The polymers are oven cured to a solid state, and the fabric is ready to become a Weathershield Outdoor Car Cover.


All seams are overlapped and double stitched for durability	Neoprene elastic is used in front abd rear hems to provide a snug fit	Reinforced non-scratch, tie down grommets are installed for use during extended storage or windy conditions	The cover comes complete with storage bag, cable and lock
